Walking Along The Continental Divide
Yesterday, on the morning of the Fourth of July, I hiked approximately two miles along the Continental Divide south of Cottonwood Pass. I reached an unnamed peak that sits at about 12,800 feet and was the only person out there. It was wonderful! At one point, I snapped the photo above as I looked east; Mt. Princeton's summit is the farthest mountain in the top center. Notice all the beautiful wildflowers up there too! :) -Steve (July 5, 2007)
