The View West Of Hartsel (Park County, Colorado)
Here is another photo of Mt. Princeton from yesterday's drive from Colorado Springs to Buena Vista. On a stretch of Highway 24 west of Hartsel in Park County, Mt. Princeton peaks its large head over a hill in the foreground. Mt. Antero's summit is sitting over on the left. Late yesterday afternoon, a friend drove me to the ghost town of Turret, located approximately twelve miles northeast of Salida. I'm telling you, if you really enjoy visiting old Colorado ghost towns, you really should visit this place! -Steve (March 12, 2007)
