Cottonwood Pass Opened Today - June 12, 2008

Cottonwood Pass finally opened today and within hours I was at the top taking pictures of all the snow and snowy mountains. I seem to enjoy sending photos of Colorado's snow in the high country to shock my friends who live in the Southwest or Southeast. :)

Along one segment of road on Chaffee County Road 306 (east of the pass), one can see Mt. Princeton's summit. It was too cloudy and gray to capture a good picture, but hey, it will do!
