Mt. Princeton, Colorado - Altitude 14,197 Feet
I pulled over just north of Buena Vista on Highway 24 for today's photo. Note the "controlled burn" happening near the base of the mountain. It sort of marred the beauty of the view, but these types of things happen from time to time. Yesterday I spent the afternoon wandering about the ghost town of St. Elmo, one of many interesting ghost towns in the area.
