Wintery And Windy Day In Colorado
I snapped the photo above of Mt. Princeton at approximately 8:15 a.m. There was some fresh snowfall on the mountain that came upon the region overnight, and the temperature was a mere 25 degrees with strong winds coming over this Arkansas River Valley. I had actually dropped off my car at M & J Auto (a place I recommend) and was walking to Bongo Billy's Cafe when I noticed this nice view of Mt. Princeton. In other news, I've been created some new pages and web sites: www.Waterfall-Pictures.com (a waterfall directory), www.Buena-Vista-Colorado.info (hikes in Buena Vista, CO), a local bonfire and a St. Elmo myspace page. -Steve (March 28, 2007) |
